Making friends.
How do people do that? I’m just so awkward and I try too hard to be seen as “nice” as possible, and I’m extra careful of everything I say and how I say it and the way I act, and I think most people just sense when you’re not being completely genuine (?)
Why can’t we just be like “Hey, you seem like the kind of person I’d like to be friends with, would you be interested in getting to know each other? Maybe going out sometime this week?”
And then that person being willing to, of course. That would be so much easier. I just need some human interaction :/
